DO NOT GYM WITH PLANET FITNESS

I will never sign a contract with Planet fitness ever again, and would recommend this gym to no other person. After we phones customer care to cancel our gym contract due to relocation (not planned for), they told us that the cancelation fee will be R1900, but then the next day we received an email stating that it is R2400.

How can one person tell us the one price and the email the next day states another price?? You do 'record' your calls, but are not willing to go and have a listen?

I give a one star rating because I do not have the option to give a zero star rating 🙄.
