Planet Fitness is the worst ever service provider thus far, their admin is really under the belt. I signed back around 2004/5 in Witbank and cancelled when my contract ended, I followed all the right procedures when I cancelled but they kept debiting my account and all this time I would reverse it, for that I was handed over but I still refused to pay until they stopped but kept my account in arrears. Now in 2018 Nov I went back unfortunately but this unprofessional bunch said I don't deserve a welcome pack because of my history, my question was that how is all of that my fault when I did everything right, all they could say was something about their stupid policy which their untrained staff don't even seem to understand mxm.. PLANETFITNESS WITBANK IS THE WORST WORTS WORST.
