Dissatisfied and frustrated ????

I have been having problems with my account with planet fitness for over 3months now. I have calling the call center which is just a waste of time and effect. Agents put u on hold for 10 to 20 minutes with out explainning why, agents drop the call on you. I spoke to an agent who even said"it is what it is". I have looked a complaint and still no one has called me its been more than 72 hours. I have asked to speak to the manager at the call center and everytime the Manager is always busy or not available. When I went into planet fitness, they could not help me, they don't even understand how the statement that was printed by them is a different balance than the one on the system. This is really annoying and very unprofessional. I need someone from a management level to contact me and explain what is going on and why is the service that's meant to be provided isn't provided.
