Dissatisfaction with Planetfitness

Bad service at planetfitness I hate the fact that when I joined the gym they told me that I'm going to pay R99 if I join sunlam reality now they deduct R411 and sunlam reality I'm paying R240. The consultant didn't tell me I must go to the gym so many times in order to qualify for 80% discount. The important information they leave out just to get your membership. They don't wait for you to read the contract fully, they act as of they tell you what the contract say basically, they show you the dotted lines to sign because they know that its binding. When you enquire they hide behind the signed contract. I'm very upset and disappointed at PF, I would not recommend it to anyone. I just went through the complaint of the other members they complain about the same issue.
