Disrespectful Receptionist and Manager

Horrible way of approach!! Addressing a concern in front of other members and friends and worse off all in front of my Daughter…

Raising your voice and especially standing next to the branch manager that actually allowed the reception lady to do that and then as well has something to say… I’m sure you have customer service and an office where you can in a professional way communicate your concern especially if the fault is on your side and you only waking up now…

No wonder the Management and reception staff doesn’t last long there… more than 3 different branch managers in the last 8 months…
