Dispute on debit order

My partner is on a 24month Pay as you Go contract of which the first 12 months was paid upfront and the remaining on 12 month debit order. I am currently paying this account and feel i am being ******. First concern, Member Jade Lewis with ID:*** has joined on 11 January 2014, therefore her contract should end on 11 January 2016. According to Centurion Branch as well has head office consultant Zanele, contract ends on 1 July 2015. How is this possible? Secondly, the agreed rate signed on the contract for the remaining 12months should be R313.14. Member joined at Fitsmart Soneike and transfered to Centurion Megagate possibly around june july 2014. Suddenly the debit order goes off for R445 and then also R100. Zanele says that is the new rate of the club and i do not agree. I was never informed that if i transfer a new rate would apply. This can only be binding if planet fitness can prove this through a signed agreement or a recorded telephone conversation that i accepted the new cost as this transfer was done via head office. Zanele says they have no records on the system recording this transfer. So how can you hold me liable to pay R445 a month, somebody please assist.
