Dishonesty, misleading, breach of contract

Misinformed, misleading and in breach of their own contract. I asked them to freeze my account, and as such I was told they would, to my surprise they didn’t and as such they are in breach of their own contract. I’m not obligated to pay as the contract is considered by law null and void. Their debtor collectors should stop harassing my dial. It’s annoying!
