Dishonest extension. Debited my account without authority!

I signed a 24 month contract. Nowhere on the contract does it say it will extend after the 24 months. I noticed Planet Fitness charged me the month after my contract had expired. I phoned them to complain and was told they would cancel my contract. They debited me again the following month. I phoned them, spoke to a manager. Was promised someone would get back to me. I opened a call with them. No less than 5 times I enquired and nobody ever got back to me other than an email to say my ticket is closed. This is basically *****ing money !!!!
