Dishonest

When I signed up I was promised by two consultants and a manager that I can cancel with two months notice when needed. (June 2023)

When I wanted to cancel now, I was told I have to pay an enormous cancellation fee. An agent Arthur then called me to say they have the right to change that policy at any time, which I don’t think is ok? Now they have stopped replying to my requests and on phone calls everyone just gives me the same feedback, but they changed the contract without informing me.
