Dishonest Consultant

I signed up for a contract in 2013, It was awaiting Authorization for the initiation fee of I think R900 or something to be activated. A few days later Clever mailed me and asked for Authorization to which I rep**** in clear to please cancel the request. I did not receive feedback from him and a few days later he asked if I could reconsider to which I rep**** no and he should cancel the request. A while letter I get an email from the branch manger stating I need to pay. I rep**** with all the correspondence I had with Clever and stated that I did say cancel the request for Authorization and I will not be taking the contract. In my reply I also CC'd in your regional manager with my complaint. I never heard anything from your disgusting company again until today. I got a call stating I have been handed over to the legal department for non payment on my contract... What the hell? Your company is ******* and disgusting. SORT THIS OUT NOW. If my credit rating or anything in my affairs is affected by your mess up I will not hesitate to take you to court with the Consumer act in hand. You have my mails stating CANCEL THE REQUEST. SO DO IT. Disgusting.
