Dishonest and No Integrity

<p>I signed up with Planet Fitness Rivonia last year March, when signing up I mentioned there was a slight possibility that in a few months I may transfer to another gym closer for me, would there be any cost implications? The consultant advised me there would not be, it would just take some time to do the transfer so it wouldn't be immediate. </p> <p> </p> <p>When putting my request in writing this past week to transfer, I was informed of a R180 "admin fee" when my monthly membership is less than that!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had had issues with Planet Fitness Rivonia from the beginning (Suspending my membership because of 21 CENTS because of them debiting the incorrect amount - which took over two months to sort out, to not having stock of the compliment planet fitness bag when reaching a certain amount of workouts)</p> <p> </p> <p>The experience has been shocking, completely u professional and clearly will provide their clients with incorrect information to secure the sale. Completely ********* and underhanded! </p>
