Dishonest

I signed in May 2024 on a promotion called 2 for 1. The promo was getting a free black tag on 12 months. My first debit order had gone off but they charged me for the tag of which they were not supposed to. Lindo (very helpful) who signed me up escalated the matter for me and tried assisting me in sorting this out. I called the call centre spoke to Arthur who was useless and no help at all. Called back in again spoke to Jennifer and im yet to receive a call. They charging me for something they not supposed to be. I just signed up and this is not a good experience. I cant believe this is the customer service people offer. False advertising and against TCF principles. Its disgusting and dishonest. Im not leaving this. Dont *****.
