Disgusting treatment of a pensioner and loyal member of 21 years

Up until the end of December 2014 I was a member for 21 years with Planet Fitness, joined 2003. I'm unemployed and lost my Discovery medical aid. My first call was to their customer service, which at the end of the conversation said that they would instruct the Brackenfell branch to contact me. Nothing happened so today I phoned the branch to speak to a sales consultant. At this point I'm thinking do they not want me to rejoin? Why are they not phoning back? After so many years of been part of the club, one would think they would want the business? Anway i met with a sales rep at the gym and NOTHING of my past or age of 62 was taken into consideration, and a ridiculous amount of R779 I was quoted!! Why is there no appreciation of the amount of years I've been loyal to the club? and that I'm a pensioner? Lastly I could not be told why the monthly fee is so high, something about Admin was mentioned to me!!!! All I want, is to get in and use a few pieces of equipment, no classes, nothing else.
