Disgusting Service from Plat Fitness

The service i have been getting from Planet fitness Rivonia is disgusting to say the least and it seems the whole franchise is colluding to ******* unsuspecting customers <br> 2 Years ago I was given a planet fitness promotional voucher for R1000 and was entitled to a bag and after joining at Rivonia the consultant just kept on telling me stories and it's now a over year and i still haven't got my bag His name was Wellington what a ***** I wonder how ****** manage to pass through your radar . And another issue with Planet fitness I signed for a 2 year contract and i paid for one year in full and im sure that doesn't mean anything to them because on the first of July 2014 they debited R455 and i went to the gym to complain and I was reassured that it was sorted and i was going to get my refund but nothing happened and on 28th August 2014 another debit order went through of R475 . i was only supposed to start paying R318 per month from January 2015 not the ridiculous 475 only God knows where they get those figures from <br> I think i have had enough of that gym for the rest of myself they should put a sign that people should join at their own risk i suppose<br> P Maponga<br>
