Disgusting service from planet fitness

Planet fitness since I lodged a complaint on friday 29th November 2019 about so many deductions made from my bank account no one has bothered to come back to me all is business as usual and now I have been blocked I can't gain access to the gym and the lady assisting at reception can't see on the system why I can't access the gym yoh!!! This another company
