Disgusting service

I cannot believe your despicable service. Your rude call centre agents dropping phones in customers ears. Now only to find out that the wrong information has been loaded on my account. I'm supposed to pay R319 but I must pay R399??!! There are supposed to be 6 months remaining on my contract but I'm being told there's 11 months. I am so disgusted and regret signing up with you people!!!
