Disgusting service

I am absolutely disgusted with the terrible service from this gym. This is the worst contract they I've signed in my life. They are ********* that ***** money. I've had nothing but problems.

For this reason I cancelled my contract. I phoned planet fitness on the 3rd May and cancelled my contract. I received email confirmation that on the 31st July 2022 the contract will end. On the 28th July they tried taking a debit order for August, and again on the 28th August they tried again. I am furious. They are trying to take my money even though the contract has ended.
