Disgusting service

<p> </p> <p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>Several months ago I joined planet fitness due to the convenience of having it close to the office. </p> <p> </p> <p>As at my first visit- I was exposed to the public display of drug distribution within the change room. I've been training for 10 years and I am well versed to risks and taboo industry of steroid distribution. What was alarming is the fact that this was facilitated by a person trainer to a client. </p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately informed planet fitness management, where I was presented with excuses and horrible service from the management. It seemed like the manager was trying to protect his staff. </p> <p> </p> <p>The manager wanted me to come in and personally identify the individual, I did not feel comfortable in doing so as for the risk of being threatened. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted your head office numerous times, sent numerous emails as attached. I do not want to be part of a fitness club which condones this behavior nor will I pay for this. As a customer, why should I be held accountable and exposed to the onward distribution of drugs ? </p> <p> </p> <p>I request your immediate attention once again in clearing this up and canceling my contract with immediate effect. I have not and will not use your facilities and I will escalate this to the police as well the relevant forums to ensure that the public are made aware to the dealings within your organization. </p> <p> </p> <p>i would appreciate some contact from Senior management.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
