Disgusting sales rep and customer service
Sales guy at Planet fitness lie for you to sign the contract. The sales guy Themba told me that I could sign and have to pay a activation of R800 then september month would be free as this was the promotion. It was a lie september month was not free. I have been charged R1299 for september even though I am on vitality. I Contacted discovery they advised I could cancel but would be charged R4900 as cancellation fee. disgusting customer service.

15 Sept 2026, 09:47Sales men are face of the company. Witbank Planet fitness I have been going there for 3years then I cancelled due to depression of my mother passing. When I finally returned after 1 year then this money greedy sales guy Themba ******s me about. Gym is great but these sales man are nothing but vultures
