DISGUSTING PLANET FITNESS - SO SAD

SO i call the lady who signed me up Maria at approximately 10:30am this morning asking her to sort out the issue and to please get back to me by 12pm today, it is not 14:48pm and i called Maria back to ask her what the verdict is... she told me she was busy with appointments to sign up other people. I'm so sorry to say, but this service is DISGUSTING, i am in the service industry and it's not just about signing people up, it's more about the after service and what's going on... so she still did not listen to my phone call to tell her that Planet Fitness are billing me for June as well as July when i only signed up on the 28th June... i am completely appalled to say the least. Lets see how long it will take them to get back to me, she said by 3pm today... lets see!!
