Disgusting Customer Service

What a disgusting service I have ever received in my life. The west part of it all is that I didn’t even sign a contract with this mediocre company they called Planet Fitness. I was thinking of joining this thing thinking they can convert me to believing they are a gym worth joining.

They have managed to debit my account without me having a contract with them and now they are giving a run around with bringing my money back.
