Disgusting customer service

I'm dissatisfied with the way my query has or is being handled. Planetfitness in Rivonia at the wedge have been sorting out my issue for more than 2 months to date. Their consultants starting with Jarred signed me up for a R299 contract and upgraded tthrough Santa reality where I'm supposed to get a discount of about 80%. They debit 599 from my account every month. First they claim to have lost my signed membership form. Then I signed another and I was told everything was on order but surprise surprise the 599 debut order went through. I was told they are still processing my refund which is taking a whole month and over to calculate. The sales consultants are nothing but ****** bullying people into contracts they never agreed to. I would never tell anyone to join planerfitness. I'm disgusted with their customer service.
