Disgusting consultant

I went to enquire about the gym so I am able to add it to my budget and join the gym next month. I met a lovely and helpful consultant by the name of Ilham. As a sales consultant she was trying to convince me to join now but as I told her I will need to think and way my options. She called a senior consultant who had the audacity to ask me what am I doing there of I'm not going to sign up now cos I should have just come month end. Planet needs to s**** their consultants on people s****s because now Ilham has lost a client and commission
