Disgusting company won't remove me from their system after an expired sanlam reality membership ended even sent lawyers for me

Utterly disgusting service from the Benoni branch.... I signed up for a sanlam reality membership which I was told was only for one year that membership ended and I stopped going and a year later lawyers contact me to tell me I owe the gym.. I would like my name cleared from this ******* and my name removed from database permanently. My next stop will be ombudsman
