Disgusting and ********** business.

The absolute worst company. Dishonest *****ing ********** people. They often debited my account incorrectly and refused to fix it. Then my wife's membership does not get debited because they made a mistake. After they handed us over to their attorneys, they have the arrogance to tell me that I must prove that their attorneys (Norman and associates) contacted us. In fact the attorneys said that they will keep harassing my wife until Planet Instructs them not to. I am disgusted with their ********* and dishonest business. They give you a bad credit record because of their own incompetence then call you ****. What a sick director of Planet Fitness.
