Disgusted with Planet Fitness

So me and my husband decided that we want to make a change in our life style and start gyming.. We saw an add for R199 per Person for 6months.. We went in to the gym at Moreleta Park and i asked the guy who helped us that we would like to sign up with their gym but only for 6 months for R199.. So we were excited at first.. The first week was fun.. Then after the first week everytime we went the gym was soo packed that there is nothing for us to do.. So we went home and went back the next day and the same happend.. There is not enough equipment for all the people at that gym which is a waist of time money and Petrol!! Then i dont evan want to get started on my Debit Order .. They took R199 for me and then R199 for my husband which was fine on the 2nd of Dec 2017.. Then the day after they took a nother R199 each for me and my husband for the service fee wich i went back and reversed at my bank , due to i was not aware of the service fee.. I called Planet Fitness to find out what was going on and they explained to me which was fine aswell.. So on the 28th of Des 2017 they Took R219 each for me and my husband for the service fee and i said okay well i have to so that is done now.. Today on the 2nd of January 2018 they took R270 each from me and my husband which was not okay because we signed up for R199 a month.. Then a view minutes later they took R199 each from us again!! So i thought thats weird.. I phoned them to ask whats going on and they said they have no record of the R270 that was paid like i said.. I need to send them proof .. Then i called again to ask what i needed to do to cancell my contract with them i am not happy at all with them!! The lady told me that we signed a contract for 24months wich we need to pay R199 for the first 6 months and after that we need to pay R340.. i told her no that can not be the guy that helped us told me verbally that its for 6 months at the prize of R199 a month .. I asked him so after 6months if i do not want to continue and renew my contract i can call in to cancell and he said yes.. Now i need to pay R2004 to cancell my contract wich i feel is bull****.. According to them my contract only finishes in 2019..!! They ***** your money!! They ***** your contract.. They lie to us!! They over load the gym with people.. At the end of the day you only waist your time and money on NOTHING!!! I am really really Not Happy with Flanet Fitness and would not recommend them to ANY ONE AT ALL!!
