DISGUSTED / POOR SERVICE

COMPLAINT NUMBER 5 :<br> <br> A week ago I logged a complaint for the 4th time to have my query resolved and nothing was done. Instead some lady called and closed the call without resolving the issue.<br> <br> I am horrified at how you treat your clients and ex clients. I am taking this complaint to the finance ombudsman and to my lawyers . I'm tired of raising the same issue over and over again to no joy. You need to get competent people to handle your complaints. I see why Planet Fitness is known for ripping its customers off. I never thought I'd be a victim. I will spread the word.
