Disgusted

I'm not sure if this is the correct platform for this but due to the sensitivity of the issue at hand I will continue anyway. I represent members of the Witbank Megaclub. This club is being managed by Leon Labuscagne and his wife Shade. We have watched with utter disgust how the management of this club has been treating their employees specifically black employees. Most of them have either resigned or been unfairly fired over last couple years because of the ************** and ****** they have been subjected to. I, personally has had to intervene a number of times when these acts have happened right in front of me. Manyoof these acts obviously happened behind closed doors. Not so long ago a black receptionist was told that her natural African hair was not neat and presentable and she was force to do her hair (put on a weave) or she will be fired. So according to management of this club African hair is not neat or presentable. Only white hair or hair that is similar to white is neat and presentable. This is disgusting to say the least and we will not stand for it. It has also been brought to our attention that your employees work overtime without being paid for it. The basic conditions of employment act stipulates that 45 hour a week are normal working hours, anything more than that is overtime. Sundays and public holidays are overtime. We as members of this club will not sit back while you enslave our brothers and sisters. White employees are earn more than black employees while they are doing the same job. Even white employees who were only employed recently earn more than black employees who have been employed for longer. The stinking treatment black employees suffer at the hands of this management is disgusting and degrading. Being sworn at and called all sorts of names. We as members of this club will no longer stand for this. We want to caution them from victimizing any of the employees who they might suspect to have blown the lead off their ****** and disgusting ways.
