Disgusted

Okay so I’m not one to complain often but Here I go have endless problems with PLANET FITNESS! Their sales people are quick to call you endlessly and make you sign up and give you a free session to try it out . As soon as you have trained once you get hold you not allowed to carry on training and u have to sign up . Okay so I Sign up with them and decided 4 days later I actually did not like the gym and did not want to train there . After going into the gym several times to tell them this ALL OF SUDDEN nothing could be done I was told I need to contact head office and after several calls of nobody having any idea about what I am talking about , could not understand what I was saying after spelling out everything and having them drop every single one of calls I decided to email and got no answers either but yet I had not even paid for the month already . On top of all of this I get told I’m signing for 6 months for R399.00 a month and then the contract is done I confined this several times with the sales guy as There was a possibly I would be leaving the country so there was no chance of me signing a contract for longer especially with the fact that I am apart of 2 other gyms . Only to find out that now APPARENTLY it a 24 month contract and that now I must pay R644.00 and once again nobody knows what to do or how to help . I Do not know what to do anymore with this gym !!!! I’m absolutely furious!!!!!!! ?
