Disgruntled, humiliated and disgusted.

I wanted to let you know of my experience today and maybe it seems stupid but I feel I need to address it. CONCERNING PLANET FITNESS (MEADOWDALE). I am completely and utterly disgusted in the customer service even though I'm not a customer, not only am I disgruntled, a lady was too but was too scared to say anything due to ************, and a gentleman was angry two, us both making it known how angry we felt. The manager by the name of Happy, who would not give the gentleman and I chance to speak, continued interrupting us while we were trying to state our anger. Plus the two absolutely rude African woman, one whom was rude to me and told me my fiance was not there wen this issue happened, calling me to my face a ****. And the other deciding she could have her say wen it had absolutely F-ALL, to do with her and chose to challenge me to. I told her I wanted her name so I could report her to head office and she refused giving her name because I was rude. I just can't believe it, I am so disgusted. All because meadowdale mall has seating area for you to sit where the kiddies rides used to be. I just wanted to sit for 5min after doing quick shopping with my fiance, I got treated so rudely by one of these ladies who continued to call me a ****, wen I brought my fiance to tell the manager named Happy than only he believed me, but also told me I was a **** wen I spoke to the lady he chased away, I asked her if they were always so rude and she said yes, the manager confronted her and she said she never said that, so basically he was trying to intimidate her so she wouldn't speak and called me a ****, and still had the cheek to tell me to go, and he doesn't even own the mall. I told him the other woman might feel intimidated but I certainly am not and will challenge him if I have to. Is this the customer service we deserve. Ppl have been sitting there before and no problem, two to three days before I was sitting there with a bunch of ppl and there was no issue. Its absolutely disgusting, that you only allowed to sit there if you are going to be on a planet fitness contract, hell you were not even allowed to stand in close proximity of this place as another gentleman was just standing on a call and they were going to chase him away. I am not happy at all and neither are the others, no wonder they are not busy, I wouldn't be surprised if they close down.
