Disgraceful Company that ****s customers

This is a **** of a company, you sign up with a consultant in the branch, they offer you appealing specials, including the R99 special for 3 months. Upon signing the contract the first month or 2 is billed correctly then all of a sudden the full bill gets charged... where is my 3rd month @R99

That put aside, upon wanting to cancel i am informed that my contract is now a 24 month contract and not a 12 month contract however my and my partner signed up together on the same deal, and her contract is 12 months? So thus my cancelation fee is exclusively high. Paid it nonetheless to get out of this disgrace of a companies membership. Only to find out I am still being billed?
