Disgrace

Planet fitness has no integrity, ii called to cancel my membership because it was charged month to month. After 6months my account is still being debited when ii call they advised that my account is still active then ii cancelled again. 3 months down the line Ii get a call saying my account has been handed over to Landau Attorneys. Ii made arrangements to pay Landau, on my 3rd instalment planet fitness debits again saying Ii have outstanding payments between planet fitness and Landau attorneys there is no transparency and the experience is just appalling. Ii urge to never open an account/membership with planet fitness because when it comes to cancellation they will take your money even after cancelling. It has no integrity and the staff is ***********.
