Dischem loyalty card not accepted at Brakpan Planet Fitness

I wanted to use my Dischem loyalty card at Planet Fitness but was told by the sales consultant that i cant. I called their customer care line and it was confirmed that i definitely can. Can i please get clarity on whats going on cause its really not fair
