Disappointing service and rude staff

Planet Fitness has been a major disappointment for me, particularly when it comes to customer service. On more than one occasion, I’ve encountered staff who are not only unhelpful but outright rude. Every time I’ve had an issue, especially with payments, they act as if it's my fault, even though I've provided proof of payment. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with them "losing" my payment, and instead of offering solutions, they respond with condescending attitudes.

What’s worse is that whenever I ask for help or clarification, it feels like they don’t care about resolving the issue. Their customer service is unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. At a time when you expect clear communication and assistance, all you get is frustration. Dealing with their staff has been nothing but stressful, and I’m seriously considering canceling my membership because of it. If you're looking for good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
