disappointing service

planet fitness's service is terrible i have asked numerous times to correct the my account, the entered the incorrect bank account number and i have been trying to get in contact with them but nobody has called me back,i refuse to pay for their mistake they need to remove that amount they say i owe as this is not my fault and they have the audacity to email me and say they will give me 50% off on something that was their fault I DONT THINK SO!!! there has been no correspondence from them and i honestly refuse to pay that amount........
