Disappointing Experience with Broken Equipment & Poor Maintenance: Planet Fitness – Ruimsig

I have been a member of Planet Fitness – Ruimsig for some time, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating due to the lack of maintenance and broken facilities.

Key Issues: 1. Broken Gym Equipment– Multiple machines (treadmills, weight stations, etc.) remain out of order for weeks or even months without being repaired. 2. Non-Functional Water Dispenser – The water dispenser has been broken for an extended period, forcing members to use alternative sources. 3. Steam Room Issues – If advertised, the steam room is either not working or poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a gym that claims to provide quality amenities. 4. General Neglect of Infrastructure – The overall condition of the gym suggests a lack of care, with equipment often left unrepaired and facilities deteriorating.

Management & Customer Service Concerns - No visible effort to fix issues despite members reporting them. - Lack of communication regarding when repairs will be done. - Declining member experience due to ignored maintenance requests.
