Disappointing and bad service to customers

Very disappointing service and the way this company handles the paper and verifications. My son has signed up a Gym contract with Planet Fitness Umhlanga they have signed him up 2 times under his ID number and expect him to pay for 2 contracts under his name - he is one person, how is he expected to pay for 2 contracts surely they can understand a simple thing as a duplication! He has made contact with multiple people to find out what is going on - no one can assist him & they are giving him the run around. They are however constantly calling him for the payment for 2 contracts. Planet fitness has made an error in loading his contract twice and will not take the responsibility to resolve this issue. Please be aware of Planet Fitness - you do not want to be on the same situation my son is in. There is no one in management that is prepared to speak to him. A very unprofessional company to deal with and so sad to see how they taking advantage of the young people!
