Disappointed with Referral Credit Issue

Dear Planet Fitness,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a referral credit issue. I referred a friend to join the gym in March and was promised a credit of R400. However, I have yet to receive it. Despite speaking with two different sales consultants, there has been no follow-up or resolution.

I love the gym and its facilities, but this experience has been quite frustrating. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
