Disappointed client Menlyn planetfiness

Since I've joined and left planetfiness the experience is all the same bad service from begging to end, currently I'm situated in @PlanetfitnessMenlyn due to it being the closest gym to me. From begging when I was doing my registering I was told I owe funds from previous contract of which I fully paid when I did my cancellation, which was not a good experience even though query was resolved. Now on 05-07-2019 we to gym and was told I owe R227 asked the receptionist Called Ema she says is for my black tag how ever when I registered I paid an eft of R425 on 27-05-2019.which I was informed it was for my registration plus black tag. Throughout the months I have been using the black tag with no issues now this.highly disappointed, won't recommend planetfiness to anyone. As I know and looking at other people's reviews my matter won't be resolved. Charitty
