Disappointed!!!

Planet Fitness Glenanda! Highly disappointed with the level of service I received at that gym today, I went to the manager’s office (Nthabiseng Mothupi) to report a faulty machine that almost cut my finger and guess what she did ? Absolutely nothing! She told the technician who was kind enough to try and assist me to remain seated as they are still in a meeting. By the time I have completed the rest of my training for the morning, the machine was still not seen to, having said this, I was unable to complete my full workout that required that specific machine. The manager, Nthabiseng Mothupi, did not show any emotion to an incident that could’ve caused harm to myself or anyone else to be quite honest. Complaints should be dealt with immediately as though this concerns the safety of gym members. If this is the level of concern we receive from management then I will definitely enroll in another gym where my safety will be taken care of. Utterly and Bitterly disgusted!
