Disappointed

I was a loyal member to Planet Fitness for a few years. I had a national membership which allows access to all of their gyms so this membership was extremely expensive. I immigrated to the UK and had therefore had to cancel my membership. I am planning to return to South Africa for a visit and wanted to train at the Planet Fitness I used to go to for two weeks. I reached out to them twice to learn about what type of rates and prices they offer for situations like this. They have not responded to me at all and it’s been a couple of weeks since I initially contacted them. I also emailed multiple club employees to make sure my email would be seen. I am incredibly disappointed by the no response I have received after showing them loyalty and considering to use them again during my return to South Africa.
