Dis honest Business Practice

I am having a very bad experience with Planet Fitness. I want to joining the club but when I enquired about the rates the cheapest one was off peak for R450 par month but when I went into their website, the rates were completely different. The membership fees start from R240 par month to R299 per month. I honed them a number of times querying these fees. They said that these fees were incorrect. I said that you are advertising them on your website. I spoke to a number of people. They said that they will come back to me. It is 3 weeks gone by but nobody called me back. Is this how they do business.
