DIRECT DEBIT NIGHTMARE

Really really horrid service, called into customer service 4 to 5 times now and no resolution what so ever ,they had enough time to take my direct debit the while weekend only for ut to come back failed bank chargers and now I need to pay extra for this when it's not my fault, the service is really bad ,I've never had a problem with zone fitness when it comes to taking my direct debit monthly but with this gym it's really really bad, they have left me in a tough financial position especially being half way through the month, no sympathy whatsoever
