Did not sign with planet fitness but they have been debiting me over the last 6 months

You have not sorted out the issue. My membership still has not been cancelled and this is unacceptable. I did not sign with you guys and I handed in my form within the stipulated time discussed by the sales manager. This is clearly unacceptable and I will be reporting this issue to hellopeter and getting my lawyer involved as this goes against the South African consumer protection Act, No 68 of 2008; right to information which stipulates that" the consumer should be protected against dishonest or misleading advertising or labelling and has the right to be given the facts and information needed to make an informed choice.

I will also be claiming the losses caused by me having to deal with this issue due to the *********** Planet fitness personal as a whole.

Lastly your call agents are a complete disgrace to the profession.
