Despicable Service at Planet Fitness

I opened contract with Planet Fitness almost 3 years ago. last yeary in september I called customer service so that I could pay in full the remaining months of my contract. I was qouted about R1400 or so and I paid off the amount. Around november/december Planet fitness began charging me sundry charges of R20 of which I enquired about and was told it was interest. I told them I had paid off the account in full and they said they will follow up. These sundry charges continued till I was not allowed to even enter the gym now. I called customer service numerous times and they told me they have no note that showed I had paid the account in full even though their statements show I paid 1.4K. Planet fitness then again debited my account with a levy fee even though I told them I had paid everything in full. at that time I was not allowed to enter the gym. later I was told by the agent who qouted the full payment amount forgot to include a levy which wasnt my fault that they quoted me wrong but anyway i paid the levy but the sundry charges continued to be charged. Planet fitness is still debiting my account even though its paid off. People should just avoid Planet Fitness at all costs
