Denied to shower at planet fitness Arcadia

I was denied to shower at 7pm this evening at planet fitness in Arcadia. I was the only lady left in the gym. They couldn't let me clean myself after sweating. I am asking myself if it takes them an hour to clean 1 shower?

My gym partner is a guy and he was allowed to shower and other guys as well. I find it so unfair. M very disappointed with the treatment, I guess not all customers of Planet Fitness are important, only selected ones.
