Denied access

I app**** for a membership with planet fitness and not once have I used it my tag could not open and the treatment I got from the ladies in Benoni was unacceptable. Having been told to wait there being verified that I am a member and having to be embarrassed by them. It happened 3 times until I realised maybe your gym is not for me. I had stopped having to drive and turn back at your gates waste my resources and being denied what I was going to pay for. Clearly I'm not your member and was never was as I have not once used your facilities. Yet you demand money from me, I don't understand why I should pay for something I didn't use, something that I needed and you denied me. Trade is between two people and we both need to be happy.
