Delay tactics to not refund what is owed

I would like to refer to my earlier complaint about Planet Fitness Castle Gate on 29 September 2024 who promised to refund me money owing to me. They have been dragging their feet in doing so. I was told that the refund had been approved and on 10 January 2025 I was requested to send proof of the accountholder’s bank account. This was duly sent to the requestor on the very same day. They have not been in contact with me since, and no refunds have been made. This has now more than six months later – and totally unacceptable!
