Deformation of character

I had an incident where a personal trainer physically came for me and shouted out loud that I touched her bum which is deformation of character as the facility has cameras and can see I never touched her at all. They saw her physically come for me on camera where she had to be held back.

There are other members and staff that all have had incidents and complain about this personal trainer but nothing gets done!

I have emailed the manager Candy and the regional manager Gavin. Candy said they will sort this out and did see the footage and doesn’t agree with the actions see saw on footage and that Gavin will sort it out and get back to me. The incident happened a week ago and still no feedback from Gavin.

If that’s the standard planet fitness allows in their facilities then that is really not acceptable they know the personal trainer has breached contract.
