Defamation of character

Im utterly disgusted by Planet Fitness at Newtown Junction Mall acting like a hungry lion, defaming a clients character. I took a 12 month contract with the gym and I went there for 4 months before i moved to an area where there is no branch, due to work. I went to speak to one of the guys who works at the gym to explain my situation, asking if I could settle the remaining balance before i leave coz i wont be attending gym anymore, or if anything could be done like replacing my membership with someone, he told me they will see what they can do and let me know. That was December before the holidays. This year, 2 months later, I went to apply for credit somewhere and I was told Im blacklisted by Planet Fitness, hogwash! They blacklisted me? Why? I find this disgusting. Why put my name on the mud. Its not like I refused to pay an account or something. How do u blacklist me for not paying in 2 months, without warning me? I want my name removed on ITC asap! This is really unprofesional! And you owe me an apology for listing my name. I heard people complaining about you, but I never thought it could happen to me!
